CAMPAIGN
For many professionals, career stagnation doesn't mean unemployment. It means feeling stuck in a job that no longer inspires growth. The “Stuck at Work” campaign reframed that tension, showing how LinkedIn can help you get unstuck by building new skills, exploring opportunities, and reigniting your career. The creative tapped into relatable, everyday scenarios and reminded people that progress starts with taking the first small step.
CONTRIBUTION
As Senior Global Brand Marketing Lead, I drove the campaign end to end, from insight and narrative development to our media approach and measurement. I partnered with our in-house creative and internal teams to shape the creative platform, ensured alignment across brand, paid media, social, creator, market research, and product marketing, ensuring the work laddered up to its marketing objectives of driving unaided awareness and revenue for the platform.
RESULTS
The campaign delivered a positive return on investment, growth in online bookings, and a statistically significant lift in the perception of LinkedIn as a platform that helps people find the right job. The creative also ranked among LinkedIn's strongest consumer work to date, with 5 ads placing in the top quartile of Kantar's US database of more than 1,700 ads for both Awareness and Persuasion.
