CAMPAIGN
After a wave of high-profile tech layoffs in 2023 left the job market deeply uncertain, we needed to strike the right balance of optimism and pragmatism, restoring confidence in the working world and in professionals' ability to keep growing.

CONTRIBUTION
As Senior Global Brand Marketing Lead at LinkedIn, I led the launch of "Find Your In," a global creative platform built to help members unlock new opportunities and advance their careers. I also set the global brand principles that kept the work consistent and unified across international teams.

RESULTS
The campaign delivered a strong return on investment and multi-million-dollar revenue growth for the business, alongside a measurable lift in belonging across the US, Germany, and India. It was also recognized with an award at the One Show.
